Job Description

Emerge is looking for a travel agent who is experience with booking flights, hotels, cars, etc. Bullhorn, Sabre , ARC are all preferred. We know that the rate might be higher to get someone with this experience.

• Process and book travel requests for large scale mobilization of employees to client sites to include a high volume of corporate airlines, hotels, and transportation transactions.
• Manage reservations, extensions, travel changes, and ticket refunds.
• Manage data collection and invoicing for client billing.
• Utilize Sabre or other GDS systems (Amadeus, Apollo) for booking and itinerary management
• Skills require proficiency with Sabre, superior customer service, and the wiliness to work a flexible work schedule.
• 3+ years of corporate travel experience (Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or Travel Consultant)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sabre or another GDS system (Amadeus, Apollo)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and last-minute environment.
• Able to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends.
• Work at our office in Strongsville, OH.
