About the Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (English & Spanish) Funding Coordinator to join our client-focused team. This is a virtual, entry-level position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage funding applications and approval workflows from start to finish.
• Coordinate with case managers at law firms and clients to collect required documentation.
• Ensure all contracts and forms are completed accurately and processed promptly.
• Perform light administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
• Maintain clear communication and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Excellent communication skills (professional and client-friendly).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) – required.
